A few days ago I posted Part 1 of this message. I told you how to use publicity to draw people into your office, to create that celebrity status I’m always talking about and how to tremendously boost your credibility.

Right after I sent that lesson, my subscriber Signe Dayhoff brought up an excellent point. She saw the value in what I wrote about driving people to an office using my system, but she wanted to know what to do if you don’t have an office.

Great question.

If you don’t have an office, you should drain every drop of value out of each and every one of your publicity hits.

You should make copies of newspaper and magazine articles that appear about you. If the article is in color, get color copies made.

Use these as inserts in any mailings you have. Turn them into .pdfs and make them available as downloads on your website. Have a page on your website that highlights your media hits.

Record all of your radio interviews. Turn them into MP3s. Make them available as downloads on your website. Turn them into CDs, use them as incentives to sign up for your mailing list.

Record all of your television appearances in MP4 format. Make them available for download or stream them from your website. Make DVDs. Use them as bonuses that go along with your products.

Link to any online publicity you get. Mention these links in your ezine. Put the links on your website.

Get the idea? These are just a few ideas off the top of my head. I could go on for a long time with more ideas, but the main thrust here is to take advantage of every media hit your get. Each one of these can become a major marketing piece that builds your credibility, your celebrity status and your business.

Next time I’ll have Part 3 of this series.

See you then.

Great advice Paul to EVERYONE with or without Marketing / Promotional skills!

As a plus- your audio and video posted on a website helps your SEO rankings and in the future will get your site more hits IF You Also: Type In Your name with The News Reporter’s Name, The station’s Call Letters, City, State etc, in BOLD letters!

Ex: Nino Cruz as seen on TV . . .(then reporter’s info).
THEN Link AND Upload that specific interview file from your computer. And better yet, to get a double bang for your buck, cross link it to your You Tube channel (if you have one) IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE, SET ONE UP ASAP! THIS IS ALSO FREE PUBLICITY!

    Hopes this helps?!
