Over the next few weeks I’m going to post several articles with resources I know will help you grow your business, improve your life and just have fun.

I will not be using affiliate links and I will not be compensated in any way by the people and businesses unless I own the business – and I’ll tell you if that’s the case.

This information will simply be a gift from me to you. These are people, websites, businesses, etc. that I use and have benefited greatly from.

So let’s get down to business..

Over the past month or two I’ve been using a website called Fiverr.com.

This is a website where people post things they will do for you for $5.

Just today I had a transcription done of a two hour interview I did. A person on Fiverr.com did the transcription for $5 per half hour of recording, so the whole thing cost me $20.

I’m going to use that transcription for dozens of emails and blog posts. All I’ll have to do is copy and paste the various parts of the interview into the email or my blog. It’s a breeze!

Transcriptions like this would normally cost hundreds of dollars.

Mary’s birthday was last week. For $5 each I had three different people call her at work and sing Happy Birthday to her as Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and in Chinese. Very memorable.

A few weeks ago I had a person on Fiverr.com do an incredible video I’m going to use as an intro for my speaking engagements. If you’re at one of the seminars I’ll be speaking at, you’ll see the video.

And just a few minutes ago I hired a woman on Fiverr.com who’s going to make phone calls for me $5 an hour. I’m looking for a different teaching position, so she’s going to call the colleges
in my area and ask for the names, phone numbers and email addresses of the various department heads. For five bucks and hour!

One person did a 60 page search engine analysis of my website for $5. Incredible information that’s going to boost my search engine listings.

If you’re not using Fiverr.com, you’re missing out on a jackpot.

More resources to come in the next posting.
